Come and explore the wonderful enchanting world of mudras, mantras and meditation with the lovely Nelly Renjel Hughes.
This relaxing workshop will start with a physical practice of gentle heart flow yoga designed to open your heart and prepare your body & mind for meditation.
Nelly will guide you in the use of pranayama breath and mudras, and will enthrall you with her lovely voice as she recites a variety of melodic mantras, and you can join in or just listen. You will be guided through a deep relaxation meditation and the workshop will close with tea & treats and open discussion.
