You can attend any class on the schedule. You are not tied into a block or a particular day when you practice with us. If you have never yoga'd before stay away from Evolve & Wild. If you’re really nervous about starting Hot Yoga come to Elementary, our beginner’s class.
Saying that you’re not flexible enough to do yoga is like saying that you’re too hungry to eat, or too dirty to take a bath! So, no excuses come on in and you will improve your flexibility, just be patient with yourself and stay within your pain free range of motion.
