You are welcome to use our changing facilities and showers, so bring your stuff.

Hydrate to replace fluids lost through sweating, so approx. 1-2 litres of water. It is also very important to replace electrolytes by eating plenty of fruit, vegetables, seeds & nuts, and using a little bit of rock/sea salt with your main meal.
