NO PHONES, phones should be on silent and placed in lockers provided.

Spaces are clearly marked so that correct social distancing can be maintained throughout the class. Please place your mat on top of the place marker mat.

If you feel like resting during the class sit/lie down on your mat and drink some water.

Just listen to your body and do as much as you can, stay within your pain free range of movement.

It is important to stay until the end of class, ‘cos that’s the best bit… So, even if you feel like leaving, sit/lie down, have a drink and when you feel better you can join back in with the class.
