If you do not already have an established Hot Yoga practice, then NO, you are recommended to choose specialised pregnancy yoga classes.

If you have an established Hot Yoga practice with us and become pregnant you are advised to NOT practice Hot Yoga in the 1st trimester. If you want to return to the Hot Room during the 2nd trimester you need to consult with your medical provider and then talk to us so that we can advise you on suitable classes and posture modifications.
